These Terms of Services ("Terms") governs the usage and the limitation to usage of Services and Platform Designed by Encrypta IN. The Terms represents the Applications, Products, Platforms, Services, Softwares, Solutions offered across Web, Desktop, Mobile or Cloud environments by Encrypta IN and their parent Sidhani Technologies Private Limited. By Using, Installing and Accessing it's services, resources and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and Policies.

In case of any disagreement with our Terms, Encrypta IN suggest you to refrain from Usage of resources, services and solutions.

• Henceforth, "Company", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Encrypta IN with an extension to Sidhani Technologies Private Limited.
• Henceforth, "Services", "Solutions", "Products", 'Platforms' refers to the Softwares, Applications and Solutions, Products and platforms offered by Encrypta IN across all environments.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
• "Content" refers to any text, images, graphics, audio, video, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for accessing and using solutions offered by Encrypta IN strictly in accordance with:

1. Your subscription or enterprise agreement
2. The presented terms
3. Applicable laws and regulations.

Any use beyond the scope of the license is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

1. Copy, duplicate, reproduce, modify, or distribute the product or any part thereof.
2. Use the product in unintended or unauthorized ways.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.
4. Automate, scrape, exploit, or overload the systems.
5. Host, share, or distribute pirated copies or unauthorized builds.
6. Circumvent licensing, subscription, authentication, or security mechanisms.

1. You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Services or interfere with any other user's usage of the Services.
2. You agree not to use the Services to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services, or which may harm the Company or its affiliates.
3. You agree not to use the Services to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, email addresses, or other such information, for any purpose.
4. You agree not to use the Services to send spam or other unsolicited messages, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations regarding email communication.
5. You agree not to use the Services to promote or engage in any illegal activities, including without limitation the sale of illegal goods or services, or the promotion of violence or hate speech.
6. You agree not to use any automated means, including without limitation bots, scripts, or web crawlers, to access or interact with the Services, except as expressly permitted by the Software.
7. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Services, including without limitation laws governing data protection and privacy.
8. You acknowledge and agree that the Company may monitor your use of the Services for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms and improving the quality of the Services.

1. Encrypta IN retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including without limitation all software, technology, algorithms, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, and any other intellectual property rights related thereto.
2. You acknowledge and agree that the Services and any related documentation contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further agree not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
3. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof.
4. You retain ownership of any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content for the purpose of providing the Services.
5. The Company may, in its sole discretion, remove or disable access to any Content that it believes may infringe or violate any third-party rights or these Terms, without prior notice or liability to you.
6. If you believe that any Content infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to the Company in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Copyright Act, 1957 or any other applicable law.
7. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services, including without limitation any claims alleging infringement of third-party rights.

1. Encrypta IN reserve the right to terminate, suspend or permanently ban your account and access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if:
   • The User Violate Terms of Usage and services;
   • Unauthorized, unlawful, Abusive or Unintended practices, in relation to solutions and services detected;
   • Tampering, Piracy, or Intellectual Property infringement, occurs;
2. Upon such termination and revocation of services, your right of Usage to Applications, Platforms, Services, and Softwares across all Environments will immediately cease.
3. Upon termination of services, all active subscriptions or licenses regardless of their remaining duration will be cancelled, and the user shall not be eligible to request or receive any refund for the unused period.

1. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for all subscriptions, claimed within 12 hours from the Purchase.
2. Upon receiving a valid refund request, we shall process the refund within 14 working days.
3. Upon resolution of the Request for Refund, the Services availed with the transaction will be terminated, with immediate effect.
4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

Encrypta IN and Sidhani Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Unauthorized access or misuse;
• Data loss, loss of profits, or goodwill due to Termination of Services or any similar actions;
• Losses caused by unauthorized Access;
• System downtime or disruption;
• User's inability to comply with usage policies;

Total liability of the Company, do exceed the amount you paid to us within a duration of 6 Month, if any, for accessing or using the Services, Softwares, Solutions and Resources.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Encrypta IN and Sidhnai Technologies Private Limited, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services;
• Breach and Violation of these terms;
• Infringement of intellectual property or legal rights.

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India.

1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
2. By continuing Usage after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the usage of Services, superseding any prior agreements relating to your use of the Services.
