This Privacy Policy describes the collection, usage, storage, and protection of personal information in relation to user accounts and platform-level Products, Services, Softwares across Web, Desktop, Mobile or Cloud environments by Encrypta IN.

• Henceforth, "Company", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Encrypta IN with an extension to Sidhani Technologies Private Limited.
• Henceforth, "Services", "Solutions", "Products", 'Platforms' refers to the Softwares, Applications and Solutions, Products and platforms offered by Encrypta IN across all environments.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
• "Content" refers to any text, images, graphics, audio, video, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

1. All users using platforms, services, and applications of Encrypta IN directly or indirectly;

• All analytical tools are built and owned by Sidhani Technologies Private Limited, ensuring complete control and privacy.

• All user data is securely stored on Encrypta systems, servers and cloud infrastructure, governed entirely by the company.
• Industry-standard and proprietary encryption, access control, and anomaly detection systems are used.
• Regular audits, access logs, and system patches are maintained.
• In case of account deletion, data is retained securely for a period of 12 weeks for recovery and verification purposes, after which it is permanently purged unless legally required to be retained.

Encrypta IN supports the following user rights across all services:

• Access: Users may access their profile, activity history, and contact information via application and softwares.
• Update: Users may modify their personal information where permitted by the application.
• No Portability: We do not support data portability due to privacy, compliance, and platform integrity requirements

Encrypta IN uses cookies and local storage only where technically required for maintaining the functionality and performance of the application (e.g., session persistence, login state, user preferences).

• We do not use cookies for tracking, targeting, profiling, or marketing.
• Cookie consent banners are not required, as our usage is strictly functional and falls within technical exemption categories.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below 13. If it is discovered that data from a minor has been collected without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such data immediately.
